All GENUS products come with a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We have designed and constructed our products to have a minimum life of 10 years, although we expect you to be continuing to enjoy them for longer than this.
If one of our products fails due to a defect in the materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will provide a full refund.
This warranty only applies to components that we manufacture and to the original purchaser of the product from an authorised seller of GENUS products. Proof of purchase required.
We are not liable for any normal wear and tear of the product, the natural breakdown beyond the lifetime of the materials of the product or any damage to a product arising out of or resulting from (a) the improper use, storage or maintenance of the product, (b) any accident involving the product (c) the negligence of any user or any deliberate damage to the product or (d) your failure to comply with the product care instructions published on our website from time to time.
